Automated Backups with cPanel X

Is there any way to automate backups with cPanel X?
I would like to run a back every 3 days of all my files, databases, email address, subdomains etc.
If anyone could tell me how to do this I will give reputation.

no you cannot do this, just download files from you ftp to your pc every 3 days :p

I thought you could make a code and run it as a Cron Job

You can do it in WHM. Login > Backups > Configure Backups.
