Italy and China have V10 but no new features have been seen. I think maybe they are background features or Sulake have made it so features can be released gradually.

Probably wont load because V10 isnt actually completed yet...? Or its just a prototype? And im not suprised that they done it that fast...Theyve probably been working on the new features before V9 came out.
