Heres a few things you guys need to know-
1) There is no such thing as a fake vBulletin, yet there is a Hacked one.
2) If this is a Hacked, it is not really hacked seeing as the creator of the Hacked ones is the creator of the vB forum all together. If you need proof of that, I can show you later on.
3) His forum is of course registered, if you need proof of this PM me.
4) Nullified could mean anything dealing with Purchsaing/Not Purchasing. So you cannot be sure what kind this is.
And also, in retro spect, it wouldn't matter if this was a Hacked vB, the Copyright is still there. So vBulletin couldn't do anything but give them a warning.

1) Taking a forum that is hacked? NOT STEALING!!(Why would somone sell somthing for $160?)
2) Stealing a car gets you sent to jail
If you steal on the internet the worst that can happen is getting sued and loosing money... You won't goto jail.
So whats the point of getting overworked on somthing that is on the internet

taking a forum that is nulled is illegal its not a free forum like phpbb and people put long hours and money into this they have everyrite they wont to charge what the want for it. getting it for free can get you sent to jail.

the rumors of habbonn being a fake are making no sense to me. i would love an explination. I am a mod on habbonn i have no clue if this is just a rumor or something but if this is serious i need proff...i'd not like working for a fake forum. Though the forum is good...lets see what happens.

what i qouoted shows its fake as it was nulled (linsence key required script was removed) and they removed the download date and it isnt the even close to the latest build

How would you know, have you ever had a vBulletin, if you did, why did you go through it and look at your vBulletin files. Sounds pretty stupid to me.
