HugotonHosting are currently down when I just went and had a look and if you search the forums you will find lots of threads about them being down.
Since our opening with have had 100% uptime.

Ok, I have looked and reliased my prices are rubbish. I have upgraded all accounts to a bitrate of 128 standard and I have upgraded the resseller and shared accounts.
