I NEED a script

OK, all you php know it alls, (compliment) i need a script that I'm willing to pay um, 8 or more hcs. i need a attendance script, which is adapted to the techtuts usersystem. so like it gets the name and then there is a little tick box where you tick all the students that are here then you click submit. then after it is stored in a database which can be accessed by level 2 staff. i want the attendance results in a text only sheet, that can be easily printable and and in this format.

DATE HERE:.................... .................................... CLASS HERE:

BILLY BOB..................................YES
TIMMY BOB.............................. YES
LOL BOB ................................. YES

so neh. this is needed URGENTLY.

oh and btw i don't want the dots.

YEH. well 75% done. but anyway it's good being the only person who knows how to use a pc, you miss out boring lessons. LOL.
