My Defense is 43, which means i can wear full rune, should i leave it as that, to stop combat going up..?

Also, how long do you think it would take, and tips on what to train on?

If you can really be bothered getting attack and str up high then yea leave def at 43, best of luck!

Keep on training your def, don't worry about cb lvl. It's better to have a high cb lvl to keep from higher lvls calling you a noob.

and I think it'd take a week of pretty non-stop training when you're online. Train at rock crabs

Keep your def where it is. Its better to have str & att than def.

If you enjoy pking then keep def where it is, if its just intended as a main, then def can be high, doesnt matter. High def can be good for main accounts, things like barrows.
