People don't buy crackers for the phat inside.. If they do, it would be stupid..
It's probably a good thing for rich people to merchant I suppose.

In the last year people have took chances at opening it to get a blue which was more expensive than the cracker. Since this happened they have risen and are nearly 1Billion gp.
There arent many crackers left and the people who have them will keep them until there are less of them.
