Who would be interested in this?

I was thinking of making a premodded phpBB, but something different.
It would be a free phpBB that had mods that would make it more like vBulletin and IPB, for people that don't have them.

Some mods would include: better AdminCP features/cosmetic features, WYSIWYG Editor, Reputation, colored names, etc.

Would there be ANY interest in this?
I don't even know if I'm going to make it, seems a bit complicated (I would probably have to make them with different styles)
