Please learn how to spell. You can't give it a low rating just because you have seen it done so many times. It is his first try... It's good to start with something simple and then slowly work up.
There aren't many simple things left to do that people have already done
So for peoples first alterations you should expect something like this.

Its been done. But doing that 1 seater HC is probably a good way to start alts and to move on to better and more original things. Everyone does one. Its pretty good though. 7/10 for first attempt.
