I get a lot of stress, and I know a great way to get rid of it.
My dad has a punch bag and some boxing gloves (they're not as padded), anyway, when I get stressed and wanna break something, I get the gloves on and start punching the punchbag like mad, pretending it is my worst enemy. It works very well for me.I am feeling much better after a few minutes. So if you have a punch bag or a pillow even, punch it like hell and you'll feel better.
