Bad Rep For No Reason

Hey some dude has clearly felt quite good repping me for no reason and he was even to cowardly to give his user name..so if hes scared of me over a forum, he must be scared of his own shadow in real life..

Anyways in the past moderators/admins were able to delete the pointless bad rep i was give for no reason i was wondering if you could do the same in this case.
