Designing SHOUTcast Billing System

I am currently working on designing a SHOUTcast Billing System.
This will work with Cast-Control.
It will automate the creation of SHOUTcast servers.
Once the user has signed up it will create them an account on Cast-Control, on the Blling Sstem so they can log in and check there invoices etc., and set up there SHOUTcast server.
I have the Billing Area done, but I need someone who is good with SQL and PHP.
I need others to help me out in the coding of this. If you can help please PM me. I also need someone to help me intergrate this with PayPal.

What version of castcontrol will this be for? As i believe there newest version already has it built in.
