    Default AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!

    I just dislocated my ARM!!!
Im not one of those people who can just snap it back into place.

I was walking into my study and WHAM! hit it on a door. Which hurt to move it.

I told my dad who was a doctor to look at it, he said "hmmm"

he cracked it back into place and then said "it was dislocated"

    PAINFUL

Hmm, I'd say go to the doctors with it, even though your dad is a doctor.

I can do that, but I snap my own back in place.
It is all mental. If you think in your head that it will hurt, its going to hurt.

You shouldn't pop your arm back in place anyway, it could trap an artery or vein and then you'd be even more buggered..

I've dislocated my thumb playing football (goalie with no gloves) and it was rather painful, then someone had a rebound shot straight at me and it clicked it back in place ^_^
