    Yer, I do at the gym I go to like, 4 times or so a week. I was going to buy some for home, but I decided to renew my membership instead and enjoy using all other equipment aswell as dumbells.

    And no, ive never used one in my life. Tbh, i'd feel embarrassed by using them for some strange reason...

    I can't lift wieghts over my head until it's fully healed again.
    I can do resisint exersises and 45 pound curls.
    push ups is alittle hard on the shoulder it's getting better though.

    At 14 I very much doubt it, 245 lb is 111 Kg and 180 lb is 81 Kg, thats heavy and at 14 you shouldn't even be lifting that sort of weight "/

    I highly doubt it. My dad has been going to the gym and weightlifting for over 30-40 years, and he can probably just do that. Stop attention seeking...
