You dont need to go a court as such... You can take someone to a small claims court witch doesent cost alot and claim the legal fees off the defendent.

If you didnt read the Terms and Conditions, then its your fault.

If they broke them, and they owed you money, you would be wanting them to pay you, correct?
You have signed up for something in the ToS, and so should face the consequences of your actions.
We learn from mistakes, and youll learn not to get out of your depth when you dont have any financial backing.

Look, im sure you can resolve the problem ammicably.

I suggest you carefully read the ToS from start to finish, to ensure that you are or are not entered into a contract.
