Train your range with iron knives at rock crabs. Not too expensive and very fast.

Pest Control ftw
train def with melee and use all your tokens on range/mage or prayer

Get your mage up to 60 then u can use antients.
Train mage at pest control pls.

train both fishin and cooking go to catherby catch fishes then cook them =p

You can train firemaking to atleast level 50 so easily, it would boost your overall quite abit too.

I've tried pest control before, win 5 times and lose 10.. in the end i think i'm wasting my time and would be better at rock crabs? :S
