    I've also seen faces of death, and yeah i'd say that hits 10 in terms of being disturbing.

    What is Faces of Death even about? I've heard of it but never have gotten the story straight. Anyway, Cannibal Holocaust is and always will be the most disturbing to me.

    It's like a documentary on death and this doctor goes around looking at stuff like mummification and cannibalism and just accidents and stuff, it isn't like an actual film.

    That's very interesting. Guinea Pigs is really gross too, the name sounds a bit odd but it's intense.

    evil dead 2, crazy woman with a chain saw. (I think thats the film, and it's not scary but funny :])
