Section 4.3 of the Sulake Agreement:
Any Habbo Office staff are NOT permitted to take interviews with any other sites except that fansites on the fansite list at that hotel. If the site has no fansite list, the staff member in the mention must contact Sulake before granting permission.
We allow fansites to use our images as long as they do not damage our brand
in anyway, post slander, aim to profit, post negative news that would give
the trademark a bad reputation, post anything untrue about our site or
publish any news that we wished to remain private.
