Help With DJ Panel

Its Installed.

But The User management Actions Dont Work

E.g Add User, Edit Users, remove users

I go to add a user and i click done. and it just brings add user page back with empty fields.

then i go to remove user and onyl admin is ther..


Ill try and find out wat panel it is.

I think habbofm used this panel.
