    ok, i know that i have been showign that i work out etc. but point that to the side, i am 15, i am 5ft 7-8" and i am a 28 inch waist, there use to be nothing of me til i started doing a few exercises, i eat so unhealthy its unreal, but none of it goes on me, i was speakin to jin a few days ago, and it has crossed my mine that it might be anorexia and he did mention that i need advise should i go to the doctors or not?

    anorexia is when you dont eat on purpose.

    Yes, I think you should go to the doctors. I don't see how you can get anorexia though from working out and eating rubbish foods, and still have a 2 inch waist. Go and check it out anyway at your doctors

    that was quick, :| i have had 3 1.5 litres of coke in 2 days, none of has gone on me, i eat poorly, i no i do but none goes on me

    EDIT: just weighed myself i have lost weight :|

    Why dont you try eating healthy then? :s Maybe its because you're not eating much because you're filling up on bad food.

    If your eating that food then your burning it off, by working out etc. your not going to put weight on. Your body will also naturally just burn off calories which will help you loose weight.

    As you say your basically underweight at the moment, and because you are now just eating bad food etc. all the stuff from that is concentrating on building you back up again - it's not like if you eat a burger you immediatley put on 3 pounds.

    If your worried about your weight, I suggest you speak to your parents about it and make an appointment with your GP, who will offer you free dietary advice.

    You need to have a good, stable diet along with excercise to be healthy. If you cut the junk food out and start eating more fruit and vegetables it will be a huge start, and you should notice some changes in how healthy you feel in general.

    I am similar I have a poor diet and I eat lots of junk food etc. But I guess I am not a huge eater and I am underweight

    Some people are just naturally skinny lol , But some people can be skinny during like their childhood and teens and then it just kinda catches up on them lol and they start to get larger.

    It isn't anorexia , anorexia is when your cells have to use the proteins in your body for energy because you have starved yourself of carbohydrates and fats , so you may aswell cross that out of the equation.
