How do you make it display a users rep power?
Atm on my forum its showing there actuall rep but not there rep power

Make sure on reputation options it says 'how many posts till users take effect on rep' to 0.

I'm guessing you mean on showthread (like habbox has)
Admincp > vbulletin Options > Thread Display Options (showthread) > post elements (At the bottom) tick 'show reputation power'
Occasionally visit and have a nose.
