Layout needed [URGENT]

i need a layout created and coded

coded so it will be like Habbox.com or Habbulous.net

please help its for another site i own

also when you do code it make it so i don't need to add a new url to every page and well erm stay safe:p

Oh and i almost forgot i need a few links set up already because when i add a link i nthe nav bar it goes wong so i copy and paste the links you done :eusa_clap

techinly the codeing is the layout, as you can creat a layout without using any images, but just an image isnt realy a layout, its just a pic of one.

Codeings easy. Graphics i am terrible at. So id do teh codeing for free, as its mostly pretty simple, exply if you just wnat a few hoveing divs with ifraims etc, like most.
