Teleport to ..... Stones?

can sum1 tell me just about everything there is to know about these things?
i got given a falador one by sum random and i just wanna know about them.
to use it you break it and u get teleported

I think you are talking about teleportation tablets. These are made using lecterns, which are found in POHs. By using soft clay and the required runes, you can make tablets, which are a convient way to carry around spells such as teleports, bone to peaches, and a few others.

I don't they give XP when you teleport.

they give the xp when you make them. lvl 67 construction is required for the best lectern, I think the lowest one is around 40.

Yeah you do only get the XP for making them XXX

They're used to save inventory space, rather than have like 2-3 runes there, you can just have a tablet which you click.

you get mage xp when you make them. And i'm not sure if you can use them if you dont have the required mage lvl...

You don't need a magic level to use them.
