First of all, hes not 'doing Jay', hes married to her
Second, he collected them all to delete them and leave 1 purple dragon left on the hotel to raise their value
Considering theyre still there i doubt he'll be deleting them as he'll be making a severe loss taking into account that he paid 27-30T per
