Runescape are firm and fair? I've never once had a black mark, or been accused by them of auoting (Die to my "excessive" amount of fishing. And the onyl people banned/muted deserve it. They are not like habbo and don't look over the evidence they look after the communtiy and think it through.

They will NOT unban perm bans - its there policy.
