Do you have solid evidence that it was him that hacked you, where did he go after he departed your house? If you saw him watching you should have changed the pass? I always change my pass whenever i go on someone else computer because if they have a trojan that will pick up my pass, i can change it back at my house, so the pass will be invalid, always a good ldea!
You need SOLID proof that it was him, where were you on the 23rd of july 2006? eaxctly you were playing runescape unsuspectingly. But when yu thaught you were safe BLAMMMMMO! Your 'friend' stole your pass and ran to the FBI where he was tracked down by some guys SAT NAV then he relised the puppies of doom and they were all like "RAWR PLS" and he was all like ahh!
And THAT is how to D.I.Y a garden fence panels.
