Having Problems With Shoutcast

Hello, today i found out how to set up a radio for free. So i set it up. And i put the correct player and the http://ipaddress:port/ into the player as you do normally with a radio and when i broadcast on it the radio doesnt seem to work only if the person listening is listening in winamp!? could anyone help or tell me what i need to do to make it so it works on the homepage?

why not just tell people to listen through winamp?

You have to change where it says the RADIO IP to your URL but Im pretty sure you need a shoutcast server.. No one I know uses free shoutcast servers :S
