They have arrested 25 and it is still an on-going operation so there will still be more arrests probably. Also, the operation has been going on for a few months but the Police only decided to raid homes and make arrests after they had received some information over the weekend that something was going to happen.
They have said that they may have well foiled an attempt to blow up 9/10 planes in mid-air simultaneously.
