Seat shouldn't be infront of a gate. Should use area bars. Random doormats and

Although i dont go round many help desks this is certinaly the first ive seen made out of area furni
Unfortunately it is slightly askew in certain places
Rather than area sofas use area armchairs along the outside of the main help desk bit and make sure not to block the area gate
I would recommend using area bars rather than the occasional tables as they dont really add a particularly authorative effect to the people behind the help desk
The pillars dont fit the theme neither do the basketballs, i would suggest stacking the occasional tables on top of each other to create a pillar effect in both corners, if youre not sure what i mean PM me
Also random doormats and random posters :s stick to one type of poster + doormat only, and i find that if youre going to use doormats and posters its best to cover the floor and wall entirely

Overall 5/10, still a lot that needs doing before it becomes an efficient help desk
