The Search Rankings are quite an important part in a domains value, seeing as the traffic and repution a domain may have is where most of its value comes from.
It should also be noted the value is soley based on the domain name, not the site that comes with it. The tool is also only an estimated value

Its the site that provides the results for the search engine, not the domain. Also even if its listed in the search engines 1,000s of times does not meen the site has loads of hits and a good reputation.
