Default Headache problem, if it is a headache... please help.

Hi, Ive had this headache for the last 2 days, but every 2 years, I seem to get around the same time, like in september two years ago, I had to go to hospital. But now it has returned with the doctors telling me it was junior artheritus. And yes, I have been drinking plenty of water. I woke up at 9:56 and by then Ive drinking a big bottle of volvic, and gone to the the loo 7 times. I dont want to go to the hospital again, so please help me understand what the hell this mind-hurting headache.
    Thank you :eusa_pray

Could be Ive never experienced a migraine that lasts 2 days thou and i get severe ones, When i get them I vomit, get blind spots, Left arm going numb and Very rarely hallucinate.
Sometimes i don't take painkillers because there's no paracetamol just Prescribed powerful painkillers that basically make me feel even worse and feel like I'm stoned its nasty, Anyway you should definitely get a blood test / see a GP

    Tension headache

Pain is often felt in the generalised area of the head and neck as opposed to on one side.

Pain may also be situated in the back of the head and neck and feel like a 'tight band'.

Sometimes accompanied by muscle tightness in back of neck.

Of relatively short duration if treated in time.

    Migraine headache

Throbbing, pulsating feeling usually worse on one side of the head.

Pain may be dull or severe and often begins in the morning, gradually worsening in an hour or so.

Pain may be accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, vertigo-like feeling and visual disturbances.

Sensitivity to loud noises and light.

Commonly lasts from a few hours to one or two days in some cases.

Well i looked it up for you i got these two back just read through them both and if one of them sounds like the pains you have then its one of those if not then i will take another gander for you and also if it is one of the above just post which one it sounds like and i will post you more information about it

i really do hope you get better and please go see your GP about it aswell
