No Moderators and staff cannot get infractions, Any staff member breaking the rules will not get an infraction, however, they will be reported to thier head of Department or Site Manager and they will take further action.

    That's stupid.

If a moderator does something that a normal member would get an infraction for, they should get the same treatment.

They do get the same treatment, just not an infraction, they get a warning by thier Head of Department or from a Site Manager

But that doesnt go on record because you dont have usernotes anymore. So it's not the same treatment.

I treat infractions like collectables. See how many we can get

The fact that you get an infraction because you're following a thread that's going off topic or you double post because you're internet connection is slow at that moment.

It's getting pathetic, no wonder people are leaving.

If your breaking a rule your going to recieve an Infraction, so basically, dont break the rules. Also, Just because an Infraction isnt recieved it doesnt mean it doesn't go on record, If they break the rules they can lose thier job.

I understand that you may be angry with Infractions, however, we have to issue each user that breaks a rule with an infraction. If you feel you have recieved then unfairly then you can do something about it. Contact Baving or Seacat or any other Administrator and they will look into it.
