The door detail is great now try the walls?
I also think you need to shorten the trunk of the fruit tree, who would put a huge tree on a wall lol? if you get me, if not forget it.

There are lots of pixel errors and no shading. Very good try for a third time though . Also there is one realistic error: the doors wouldn't be able to swing open and closed :eusa_thin
