From the first on-whole expression it's WOW. I think your technical drawing skills are improving at a great speed. Although I am guessing English isn't your first language I think the navigation should spell 'Affiliates' which is easily corrected.

Where is says Oliver in the top I don't like the idea of a pixel font on a heavy layout with immense technical drawings around it. The logo is well set out, although a bit overused in a few places it looks good with the P and I would definately keep that.

On the rollover on the navigation I think you should look the outerglow or whatever you put on the text as it stands out ugly for me, but I have a really good lookout for things like that, as most people wouldn't care.

The content box is amazing and I have no criticism for that on the individual term, but on the whole I think the logo is too repetative as you use it four times, lose it in the background which is rather hidden due to opacity lowered.

The green glow coming out of the sidebars are brilliant and I would love to know how long it took you to make them look quite so realistic for a web template design, as you would normally see things looking that realistic in 3D work so well done on that.

Overall I would say there is still some room for improvement on your skills and keep practicing. I give it a 8.99/10 and some REP if I can.

- And yes, i thought the pixel font in the top banner didnt look good to.
But nobody mentioned it so... il have a look at how to change that.

- After relooking at the template, i have to admit, i now see i indeed 'overused' my logo. (for those who didnt see, its an O with an P in it > Olivier Pauwels)

- Room for improvements is always there, nothings "perfect".

- I started last not yesterday but day befor at 23:00 untill 01:00
then i had done the banner.
Yesterday i worked on it, like half of the day i think.

EDIT: 1 or 2 logo's are getting removed to, to prevent overuse. The one on the background of the text. And then am not sure if i should remove another one

What? I'm not trying to make him make it anythink but a image.. I'm just telling him to try out a green glow underneath to see if it look's good as it look's abit dull as it is.
