Perhaps ask your parents to speak directly to hers and maybe arrange a time you could all meet up so both sets of parents could get to know each other and supervise both of you. Your 13, so your still young and it's understandable her paretns don't want her travellig on her own to somewhere she doesn't really know and stuff.

Other than that, I think your just gonna have to put up with it for now till your older, and go up and see her whenever you can.

Hmm your 13 so i can see where her parent's are coming from. How about catching the train down to hers and meeting her parents properly? They proberly dont have a problem with you, they just don't want there daughter travelling alone, maybe if you were to come to the house and get her and then walk her home afterwards then that would be okay?
