Try clearing temporary internet files and cookies and then reload, also be patient, sometimes Habbo may be busy.

Its nothing to do with your Habbo, and its not an error. Microsoft Internet Explorer has A TON of security settings which sometimes block shockwave from working.
    How to resolve:
    1. Try to reinstall Adobe shockwave player and on the Tools tab, click Internet Options and reset all your settings.
    2. Try getting a version of Mozilla Firefox, because there are less security settings, and you wont get hacked or anything. http://www.mozilla.com/
