Yes cannon's get your range up.
Also the caves south of port sarum are a really good place to use cannons.
I use mine there all the time.

the best range XP are from mountain trolls? So I suggest going to the cave east of rock crabs

Anywhere multi-combat is good.

Expiments - I get 40k a hour on my pure with melee
Rock crabs - I get 20k a hour on my pure with melee
Fire giants - I get 15k a hour on my pure with melee
Expiments are a good spot but it's single. Rock crabs are ok but you get flamed loads.

Who cares, Cannon at rock crabs. Its the best place. Just get newbs to walk beside the crabs rofl.
