Firstly, the colour (pink) is a totally different shade. Yours is brighter exterier is more deeper/hotter whatever.
Secondly, his bar has pixel errors on yours doesn't.

I am amazed that you actually think that that is yours! ROFL. The pink is so different and just look on the end bits of the bar and you will see pixel errors where the black line either stops then starts leaving a bit or even 2 black dots next to each other making it more thicker and therefore a pixel error.
Resize his link and compare it to yours and I think you will find that they are different.

Also; I think accusing people of stealing/ripping others people's work is against the rules so;
