This is a excercise video where you can work your Ab's for 8 minute's a day intime to the video to help you. It work's all part's of your ab's including your Oblique's. There's a few different excercise's thoughtout the video that last 45 secound's each. This routine doe's work I have only been using for a week and can already feel result's.
