hi, on my sub forum under forum tools, it says 'post announcement'
what happens if i click this, am i allowed to use this tool?

If you arnt allowed to use it then it will say that you dont have permission to do that

If you go to this forum and look at the top of the forum you will see:

"Announcement: Habbox Hosting
properclone (Habbox Staff)".

This is simply what it does. Just puts an announcement at the top of your sub-forum. As far as I know you are alowed to use it.
