And apparently someone hacked the green day website and said the billy dude had a brain tumor. But it said he didnt have one apparently.

But the rumours of them splitting up have gone on for way longer before this.

I read an interview with them on ultimate-guitar.com that they're bringing out a new album soon, or they've started work on a new album, I didn't pay much attention.
