If your a male and hit a girl you should be tortured.
HOWEVER You can not say if you would hit a girl or not in some situations i.e. protecting your family.

Does anyone have an actual reason as to why we shouldn't hit girls? The only one I've seen through this thread is "you shouldn't hit anyone", but that doesn't specify really. If women want to be equal, they can (as the expression goes) "take it like a man".
