Nope its a fact that if you had a woman plumber and a man plumber the man would get payed more. Same for any other job.

In the plumbing world maybe, because men are generally better at it. Plumbing's a bad example though because you can charge whatever you like whoever you are. In the business world there are actually laws on how similar male/female wages have to be, but women will only get lower wages if they're likely to have children (as they then need maternity leave which loses the company money), which is why a young married woman might get less than a man in the same job.

What rights do we have that you dont then?

*A woman can hit a man and pretty much get away with it, a man hits a woman and he's usually locked up.
*If a man and a woman have exactly the same job/same qualifications and the man is promoted first, it's called sexism. If the woman is promoted first, they call it "equal opportunities".
*Big companies legally have to employ a certain percentage of women, no matter how much better a man might be at the job.
*Women can't be convicted of arr-ee-pee-ee and if they accuse a man of it, their word is often taken over the man's even without evidence.

And you wonder why men have a shorter life expenctancy

Well if we moan about them so much, then obviously its not something nice and easy.

Plus apart from your face, you dont have to shave legs, armpits or anywhere else to keep all you lot happy. I reckon women do a lot more cos guys expect so much looks-wise.. like thin waist, big chest, sleek legs, nice bum etc. Pressue much haha?

Nopee they do get less. I researched it at school soz.

Na. Its because you hear of more cases of a man hitting a woman. My neighbours were married + she hit him repeatedly like beat him. She's in jail now

Never heard of that. As far as i knew it was who suited the job more.

yeah i am. i have loads of self confidence which i see as a positive rather than a negative, i dont think im better than anyone else and i dont think im gorgeous. also, what people say about me doesnt bother me much, i get that im fit and stuff all day but i dont take any notice. spesh with lads these days, theyll say anything to get laid.

saying that, if i could change summit it would be to get new hair :| i really really hate mine

I'd change the way I look in general as I think i'm ugly, i'd put on more weight as i'm badly under weight. I'd be shorter being i'm 5''8. And i'd change my hair because having frizzy, curly hair, having to straighten it every day isn't fun. :]
And i'd be more confident in myself.
