Honestly, i don't like it. Apart from the white/blue rug mixture on the right
I don't see how it's a sauna.

Perhaps you could use tubmasters?

It's a sauna because there's an sauna in it. See the top right corner with the benches, fireplaces as sauna stoves, and dog bowl containing water to throw on the stoves to make steam

I have never bought credits, and don't own any tubmasters. If I'd had tubmasters, I might have put them in there. It would have been nice to have a jacuzzi, that's true!
