Yellow Parasol - 1.6 Hc (3 times)

The Following normal rare values have increased in the hotel:

Majestic - 3.3 HC (3 Times)
- 3.5 HC (1 time)

Throne Sofa - 3 Hc (4 Times)
- 2.8 Hc (1 time)

Hologirl - 2 Hc (3 Times)
- 1.7 (5 times)

Alien Artifact #1337 - 1.5 Hc (2 times)

Speakers Corner - 0.8 Hc (3 times)

Summer Fan - 0.9 Hc (1 time)

Chinese Lantern - 0.8 Hc (3 times)

Ice Cream Maker - 1 HC (1times)
- 0.8 Hc (4 times)

I think those values are good and by the looks of it, correct... Thrones looks like its going down to me and you've missed that off, but can't expect you to doo every rare
