Yeh it would kill you, as your body wouldnt break down the concentrated ethanol so remains in the body which leads to death.

My mum has had it before when we were in spain. I was next to her and smelt well strong. Its not 100% lol. As someone has said, its around 70%. Where ever i have gone, i always see it as around 70% not 100%.
