    What kind of self defence classes are there??
    Like i thin karate is for proper fighting, but i just want self defence really.

    Karate is a self defence. Theres plenty, mostly martial arts. Jeet kundo, Wing chun, Tai Chi.

    My freind does shaolin aswell, i'm thinking about doing, its very intense and good for both fitness and strength.

    I done Karate when I was about 11, i only got to orange belt and they decided to stop doing it :|
