Yay, I managed to code TEAM-X-LABS.net version 2! I really like it.

I hope you all like it too! I had a problem with the discliaimer hitting the content box, in IE, but I fixed it. So yes, it is cross browser. It isn't the best coding in the world, but it looks good.

It all expands BTW. I will make the marquee, nav, news box and disclaimer php includes so i can easily edit it.
