    When i get home from school i cant help but snack, there not fattening, but i eat alot so it builds up, how do i stop?

    I get really hungry too, but I avoid the temptation.
    I got my mum to make dinner early, so when i'm home from school, I dont have long to wait!

    try chewing mint flavour chewing gum or eating a mint... then you wont really want to eat something with a mint taste in your mouth...

    Or if you love chocolate, buy cheap low cal Weight watchers snacks, only about 50 cals per cake.
