As i never put on weight now i am and im starting to not feel good with the crp i eat so im gonna change my diet and be healthier
Original Diet:
Morning-4SlicesOfToast&milk
Lunch-2Rolls&Carrots&Crisps&SourApple&juice
End of day-2 crumpets and milk
snacks-crisps/other junk
New diet-
Morning-1 or 2 Wheetabix
Lunch-2Rolls&Carrots&Crisps&SourApple&Juice *Same* gonna remove crisps soon.
End of day-crumpet and milk
snacks-fruit.

i eat meat occasionaly mainly once a week and i have fish maybe 2 times a month cus my mum hardly makes that
but im tryin to start to get into the habbit of hot meals i have pasta most the time
